I’m Tanuja Khanduja, an Executive Communication and Leadership Communication Coach.
Before moving into coaching, I spent 16 years in the banking sector as a Credit Officer. My role involved working closely with internal and external stakeholders, handling responsibility, decision-making, and high-stakes communication in professional environments.
That corporate experience continues to shape my work. I understand what it means to grow into bigger roles, sit in serious rooms, and carry decisions that matter.
Over the past 9 years, I have worked with professionals across industries, helping them strengthen how they think, speak, and show up at work.
I am a Certified Soft Skills Trainer and a Certified Accent Neutralisation Coach, and have trained over 150+ professionals.
I am also an active member of Toastmasters International for the past nine years - a Division-level speech contest winner, evaluator, judge, and mentor. This ongoing engagement keeps my understanding of communication practical, structured, and performance-tested.
During my years in corporate and coaching, I observed a clear pattern: capable professionals often grow into larger roles faster than their communication evolves. That insight shaped the direction of my work.
